GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • The meet will be held on July 26th and 27th at the Baraboo Indoor Pool.  The theme for this
year’s meet is THE BIG SWIM!

  • The theme is a spin -off of The Big Give television show and in keeping with the spirit of our
theme we would like to challenge each team to Give Big this summer.  While the kids will be
“swimming big” we hope to help others in the process.

  • We realize that we are all non-profit organizations and raising funds for our own clubs is
sometimes difficult but we are hoping that each team can find a way to help a local charity of
    their choice this summer.

  • The Dolphins will continue the challenge at the Conference Meet by giving $1.00 for each
heat winner to the team’s charity of choice.  We are contacting Corporate Sponsors from
your local communities hoping to have our donation matched or bettered.

  • We are also selling raffle tickets for the opportunity to win a Front Row Parking Spot at the
Conference Meet.  We will select three winners! We will be selling at our home meets as
well the away meets so everyone has a chance to purchase tickets.

Timer Sign-Up Sheet: Teams are required to supply 4 to 5 timers for each of the four sessions.
Sign up sheets for officials are also posted at both the indoor and outdoor pools.  Please sign up by
the end of practice on July 2nd.  There will be a timers meeting 15 minutes prior to each session.
The head timer will assign lanes and the head official will review general rules of timing

Officials Sign-Up Sheet: Please submit the names of three (minimum) officials that can work at the
Conference Meet on the enclosed form.  Sign up sheets for officials are also posted at both the
indoor and outdoor pools.  Please sign up by the end of practice on July 2nd.
