COMMUNICATION TOOLS
As of last year, most of our communication has been done by email. If you do not have an email
address, please let a board member know, so that we can put hard copies in your family mailbox.
Otherwise, please check your email regularly for importance information and updates.
BULLETIN BOARD
General information will be posted on the bulletin board inside the Sauk Prairie Aquatic Facility
(outdoor pool). This includes information about upcoming meets, events and general notices as
well as sign up sheets for meet help. PARENTS PLEASE CHECK WEEKLY FOR
ANNOUNCEMENTS.
TEAM MAIL FOLDERS
There will be a “Mail Box” with folders for each Swimming Family. The box will be located at the
outdoor pool. Please check these folders regularly as swimmers ribbons, newsletters, etc will be
placed in the folders weekly. Please remember that informational notices will be posted on the
Pool Sharks Web Site, and pool bulletin board. Such notices will not routinely be placed in each
mail folder.
OTHER COMMUNICATIONS
Occasionally, parents or swimmers may have concerns about the type or number of events being
assigned at meets, or other issues. To insure fairness to all, parents and swimmers are asked to
discuss issues with coaches after practice or by phone or email so as to not intrude on everyone’s
coaching time.
COACHES COMMUNICATION
To contact coaches please put messages in their mailboxes.
